We have created a navigation guide to help you easily understand our scheduling website sched.org.
View the Navigation guide here. Please read through this document thoroughly.
We suggest you go through the schedule and make a list with your first, second, and third choices for each workshops slot. Feel free to use our sign up worksheet which can be found here.
Remember to look at the prerequisites for each workshop. Make sure you can do each skill before signing up. If you are not up to the workshop level you will kindly be asked to leave and someone will help you find a more appropriate workshop.
Our programming director Jess will be available all signup weekend to answer questions, so feel free to email her at firstname.lastname@example.org. Due to a possible large amount of email traffic, please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

The evening showcases have always been a favorite component of the AYCO festival. We are happy to invite all youth attending this year's festival to perform. If you are 21 years of age or under planning to attend the festival you are invited to perform in our showcase. We encourage people of all different skill levels, types, and abilities to perform as long as you are able to follow our safety and submission guidelines.
Visit the application here for all of the details. The deadline is June 16th. Even if you are not ready to apply yet, we encourage you to check out the application so you can become familiar with the requirements.
