We run the Academy of Circus Arts here in the UK.  So far as I'm aware, it's the world's only professional circus training school for adults which operates on tour under its own Big Top.   ACA has been going many years now; it began as an offshoot of Zippo's Circus, but has long been an independent entity, though Zippo's still give support.

ACA has been a great success, with graduates going into shows all over the world to work in all styles, while some have become teachers or started their own company.   They're popular with employers not only because of their high level of skill;  we turn out graduates who are all-round 'circus people', acclimatised to the lifestyle and ready to cope with the daily problems of tenting and touring.  This is one of the few opportunities to learn circus while living the circus life.

We're looking for a person or persons who could replace our 2 academy managers. The School runs for 5 months each year from  May.    There's information about ACA on http://www.zipposcircus.co.uk/aca/aca.htm, and the email address for contact is acircusarts@yahoo.co.uk
