Minutes of Board Conference Call  -   November 18, 2006

Motions/Decisions Made in this Meeting:

 

  1. Minutes will be sent to entire board by Secretary-du-Jour within one week of meeting.  New format will include this red section itemizing Motions/Decisions Made.  Rick will excise the top section of the minutes which will be posted on the website, sending it first to the entire board for approval.  There will be a 48-hour turn-around for anyone wanting to amend the abbreviated minutes; no response from board members equals tacit approval.  Rick will then post the abbreviated minutes, along with the agenda from that meeting, on the website.

 

  1. MOTION PASSED:  The Next national AYCO FESTIVAL will occur from August 6-12, 2007, in Normal, IL., on the campus of Illinois State University as hosted by the Gamma Phi Circus and Al Light.
