Member rate: $70 (Earlybird $55 until April 14th)

Waivers
All festival attendees must fill out a waiver in order to participate. Please fill this out before coming to the festival!
Chaperones
Youth under 8 years of old must arrive and remain with chaperone throughout the day. Youth 8+ who are not attending with a chaperone will be introduced to a volunteer chaperone at the beginning of the day who they can reach out to if they need anything during the course of the event. They will eat in a designated area with AYCO volunteer chaperones, and will be required to check out with their volunteer chaperone when they leave the space for the day.
The $25 chaperone admission includes access to the space, coffee, lunch, dinner, and a showcase ticket. For safety’s sake, we ask chaperons to stay in the small lounge area during workshops.
Eligibility
Absolutely no experience is necessary to attend. Workshops will be divided by skill level, and beginner workshops will be offered every session. Prerequisites are set for more advance workshops and will be adhered to. Children under 8 are welcome to register, but they must be accompanied by a chaperone at all times, and some workshops may be beyond their ability.
