Register for the AYCO 2009 Festival!

Please fill out the form below.

  • A separate registration form for each individual attending the festival in any capacity must be filled out.
  • To attend the festival, a festival pass must be purchased. In addition, all participants, except chaperones, must be AYCO members.
  • All youth (age 17 and under) must be accompanied by a chaperone (age 18 or older). 1 adult may chaperone up to 8 youths. See Chaperone Guidelines

    4 day pass for youth or adult participating in workshops

    T-shirts free with 4-day full participating pass. Extras $15 ea.

    Payment Policy: A non-refundable deposit of $50 per participant must accompany each registration to hold placement. Prior to July 24th payments are refundable minus the deposit. Cancellations after July 24th are non-refundable.

    An adult who is participating in festival workshops may serve as a chaperone, and must purchase a "Participating" pass.

    Please note: If membership was purchased at Festival 2007, renewal is due prior to Festival 2009.

    *Do you want to rent bedding and towels? Cost: $12
    Optional or bring your own sleeping bag and towels. Rental includes two bath towels, one bottom sheet, one top sheet, one pillowcase, one pillow, and one blanket for the duration of the festival.
