Festival Payment








Please calculate your total according to the following chart:

Festival Passes
4 day pass for youth or adult participating in workshops
(Includes meals, lodging, workshops, and festival t-shirt)

Membership (required, except for chaperones)
Youth/Student/College membership (age 21 and under) $25 for one year
Adult membership (age 22 and over) $50 for one year
Pre-Festival Intensive (Optional. Wednesday, Aug. 19) $100
Meal Plan for 8/19 only. Includes breakfast, lunch & dinner;
(Attendance at workshop only - not the festival.)

Early Arrival Accommodations + Meals. Includes lodging on
08/18, dinner on 08/18; and breakfast & lunch on 08/19 only)

Bedding/Towel Rental (Optional)
(includes a top sheet, bottom sheet, pillow case, pillow, blanket and  2 towels for the duration of the festival)
$12 flat rate
T-shirts free with 4-day full participating pass. Extras $15 ea.

Payment Policy: A non-refundable deposit of $50 per participant must accompany each registration to hold placement.  Prior to July 24th payments are refundable minus the deposit. Cancellations after July 24th are non-refundable.


All transactions will be verified for accuracy, so please do your best on calculations.

Important: If you are paying for one person, be sure to include the name of the person you are paying for. If you are paying for more than one person, include the names of all of the persons you are paying for.


Payment by credit card
If you pay by credit card, you will need to add a 3.5% processing fee to your total. To find your total payment, take your total and multiply it by 1.035. For example:
$475 - one 4 day participating pass
$50 - one adult membership

Total = $525 x 1.035 = $543.38
